• the service you are interested in and the description of your requirement;
• your agreement to be contacted about your enquiry.

How we use it

We use the information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your IT requirements or, for career enquiries, to consider your interest in working with us. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is handled

• Form submissions are sent to our team by email. The website does not keep a database of submissions.
• To protect the form from abuse, the website keeps a short-lived, one-way hashed record of the connection address used for submissions. It cannot be read back as an IP address and is discarded automatically.
• The website uses a single essential session cookie on the contact page to protect the form against forged submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser.
• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
